Core Values of Culture

I was so enthused by Tony Hsieh’s presentation on Core Values I documented his 10 commandments below. It took them a year to distill these values and anyone who doesn’t adhere to these pillars of Zappos culture is dismissed from the company, regardless of how well they do their job.

Quite a stance to take on practising what you preach.
